Our Holmdel location features over 42 pieces of state-of-the-art cardio equipment, merging the latest in technology with long-trusted brands like Matrix, Octane, Echelon, Expresso, and Alpine Runners. Our equipment offers personal 21″ TVs that allow you to not only connect via Bluetooth but also runs off of our WIFI and allows you to catch up on your favorite shows using Netflix or Hulu, as well as connect to various social media platforms.
The facility offers a wide arrangement of strength equipment including Matrix and Freemotion selectorized machines. Matrix plate loaded equipment and dumbbells from 5-125 lbs. We have included 2 platforms to keep up with the trend of complex movements that have become a cornerstone in the fitness industry.
This has become a trademark feature of all our clubs because the acceptance of complex movements and athletic training have become a necessity for diverse training. You’ll notice all the accessories to include sleds, wall and medicine balls, additional ab machines as well as important gym space to go and stretch or do abs.
