The Fitness Factory Health Club of Holmdel is a 17,500 sqft, 2 floor state of the art health club located inside of the newly reimagined historic Bell Labs building. A one of a kind destination for business, culture, retail, dining and now fitness! The Club is fully equipped with the latest strength and cardio machines and a full array of free weights and plate loaded equipment. We also offer a large turfed functional training area, an interactive virtual training area including top of the line Echelon and Expresso fitness bikes as well as an Echelon Reflect fitness mirror.
A protein smoothie bar offering a wide variety of pre and post workout smoothies made with all natural organic ingredients as well as vegan and kosher options as well.
Additional amenities include a sauna in each lockerroom, babysitting, recovery room (coming soon), separatespin room, group-x classes (coming soon)
