Fitness FactorySPIN is an indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your ultimate goal!


Les Mills BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that shapes, tones and strengthens your entire body. Often referred to as ‘Pump’ by those who love it, it’s one of the world’s fastest ways to get in shape. This 60-minute addictive workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls.

Cardio Body Flow

This class is designed to tone and strengthen the gluts, hips and abdominals along with core strengthening exercises. All levels.

Explosive 30

Explosive 30 incorporates agility and speed drills, cardiovascular exercise, and a strength and flexibility component.

Ab Attack30

Ab Attack30 the focus will be on the upper and lower abs, obliques, back muscles, muscular slings used in functional movement, as well as the hips and gluts to develop better balance.

Kickboxing 30

It’s a combination of intense kickboxing moves to high energy and motivating music. It’s the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that’s a unique blend of intense intervals strength/endurance training.

Cardio Step

With a portable platform with height adjustable risers, you will do choreographed exercise routines up, onto, down and around the step for great cardio fitness, as well as exceptional training to shape the lower body.

Strength Circuit

This class is designed to tone and strengthen the gluts, hips and abdominals along with core strengthening exercises. All levels.

Body Blast

Power Hour

Power Hour is a total-body workout that incorporates strength training, cardio, core work and flexibility while using dumbbells, bands, stability ball, step.


This mat class consists of a series of non-impact exercises that help improve muscle control, flexibility and coordination. Pilates exercises are designed to maximize abdominal strength, while toning and increasing flexibility in the rest of the body.


Yoga is a path to follow and not the destination. When we practice yoga we discover the amazing ability of the body to move, balance, lift, and support; we increase the ability of the mind to focus and release preconceived notions; we transcend the body and the mind to the place of being.


Get ready for the workout craze sweeping the nation! Zumba is a fresh approach to dance-oriented workouts, combining Latin dance moves with belly dancing, hip hop, and traditional fitness moves. The music will get you moving and the choreography is easy enough for anyone to follow.


This class is a combination of cardio and kickboxing providing a total body workout which aims to improve strength, aerobic fitness, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance.
