Our Group Fitness schedule has something for everyone. We have our 60+ classes a week in our Group Studio. If you want to dance, we have Zumba, if you want to tone, we have Pilates, let some frustration out with Kickboxing, stretch and relax with Yoga. Our class schedule is put together with all students in mind.
An indoor cycling class is a class focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery. It is designed to get your heart pumping no matter what your fitness needs or levels maybe, whether you need a non-impact class that will help you build cardiovascular endurance, or you just love cycling and want a great workout.
A popular interval class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. These boot camps are designed in a way to be different all the time, and push our participants harder than they’d push themselves.
A Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, which is widely practiced for health and relaxation.
Beginner level yoga designed to release tension. While simply stretching and breathing you will refine your awareness of your own body and create healthy patterns for reducing stress and body aches.
Power Yoga is a challenging style of yoga that focuses on strength, flexibility, movement and breath work with the intent of uniting and balancing the mind, body and spirit.

BODYCOMBAT is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by material arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and MuayThai. You will punch, kick, and kata your way through calories superior cardio fitness.
BODYPUMP is the "original barbell" class that strengthens your entire body and challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight – room exercise like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!
ABSolution uses traditional core exercises as well as dynamic exercises to challenge all core fitness levels. Each exercise is performed for one minute. Various exercise options are given so that you are able to adjust the intensity level so that it is right for you and your body.
HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training
High intensity interval training (HITT) is a type of cardio training in which you alternate short, very high intensity intervals with longer and slower intervals to recover. This type of training has been used by athletes to improve performance, but it’s also been shown to benefit the average exerciser.

Body sculpting is a non-aerobic, muscle-toning class, usually focused on core strength. Most sculpting classes use weight bars, exercise bands, or dumbbells, or a combination of these gadgets. You perform traditional weight-training moves in a class setting.
Pump N Sculpt
A well rounded workout using weights and calisthenics to sculpt your upper and lower body, strengthening/toning/conditioning with short bursts of high intensity interval training.
Get serious results as you go beyond crunches and jumping jacks to push your limits and find your edge in this intense athletic workout. Core Blast will blast your entire midsection while burning a ton of calories. It is an intelligently designed, nonstop mix of great core exercises and powerful boot camp-style drills.
